I'm a woman, mom, sister, daughter and a wellness warrior on a mission to not let cancer define me but to live the best life possible in the face of cancer -- a life filled with strength, courage, knowledge, hope, and love. Breast cancer was my wake up call to eat cleaner (not an easy task considering our food supply is so dirty and laden with chemicals), live cleaner, reduce my toxic load, reduce stress, live in the moment & enjoy more sunsets! Oh, and consume lots of green smoothies and green juices!
